International Students

Swan Hill International College offers the following nationally recognized qualifications to overseas students: Selection for enrolment in the College's courses will be approved for applicants who meet the qualification selection criteria.

Certificate III Qualifications

Applicants should be 18 years old and satisfactorily completed Year 11 or equivalent

Applicants with no formal qualification but can provide evidence of relevant and sufficient work experience may also be considered.

A proficiency in English equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or higher.

Certificate IV and Diploma

Applicants should be 18 years old and have satisfactorily completed Year 12 or equivalent

Applicants with no formal qualification who can provide evidence of relevant and sufficient work experience may also be considered.

A proficiency in English equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or higher.

Qualifications to be issued

Students completing all assessment requirements for a qualification will be awarded a certificate corresponding to the completed course. Students completing assessment requirements for part of a qualification will be awarded a Statement of Attainment indicating the modules or units of competency they have completed. These qualifications are recognized across Australia .

A Statement of Results becomes available after the completion of each semester if required.

Certificates for additional accredited courses undertaken by students will be awarded at the successful completion of each course. (First Aid II Certificate, Chemical Users Certificate, Food Handlers Certificate, Responsible Serving of Alcohol, Food Supervisors Certificate, Fork Lift License)
