Course Fees

Swan Hill International College takes rolling enrolments, which allows international students to enrol at any time of the year. It takes about six weeks for your application to be assessed by the College and for immigration authorities to approve your student visa application.

Application Fee

Swan Hill International College does not charge students to make application to enrol. Swan Hill International College only charges tuition and equipment fees after students have met their visa requirements and been accepted as students.

Please Note:

Swan Hill International College will charge $50 to create a new eCOE if a student requires a change to their commencement date.

No fee will be charged if the required change is beyond the students control i.e. a visa not granted. This will be at the discretion of the CEO or Campus Manager.

Enrolment Fee

When enrolling, students pay a deposit of A$2000. A$1000 comes off the first semester tuition fees and A$1000 is for equipment, teaching resources and personal protective equipment. If you are unable to attend this fee is refundable according to the guidelines published in our Course & Information Guide.

Resource Materials & Equipment

When enrolling all students are expected to pay a A$1000 Resource Material and Equipment charge. This A$1000 is used in different ways for our students.

Hospitality Students: The fee is used for teaching resources, which include assessment material, course certificates, all teaching materials, as well as specialized equipment and uniform.

Production Horticulture Students: The fee is used for teaching resources, which include assessment material, course certificates, all teaching materials, as well as specialized equipment and uniform.

General Service costs: The services below will be provided subject to approval before students commence their studies, not all students will require these services. The education cost is not negotiable as it relates to the standard course fee structure.

Accommodation $100 - $200 per week
Food $100 per week
Transport $50

Additional Courses: Swan Hill International College offers the following additional accredited courses or licences, as they increase our students’ ability to gain work: Chemical Handlers Certificate, First Aid Certificate Level II, Forklift Licence, Food Supervisors Certificate, Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate, Food Handlers Certificate, and Medium Rigid Truck Licence.
These courses or licences will incur an additional charge, as they are not part of the main qualification..
